  • 1 1/2 ground lamb
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 2 carrots peeled and diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 Cup frozen peas
  • 1 Cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tsp dried thyme
  • 2 Tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Cups mashed potatoes homemade or store-bought
  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet or frying pan, brown the ground lamb (or beef) over medium heat. Once cooked, remove any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onions, carrots, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables have softened.
