- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion thinly sliced

- 1 Cup beef broth
- ½ Cup soy sauce
- ¼ Cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tsp salt
