  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • ¾ Cup whole milk
