Shrimp scampi
Ingredients
- 1 Lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- ¼ Cup butter
- ¼ Cup olive oil
- ½ Cup dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ Tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ¼ Cup chopped fresh parsley
- 8 Oz linguine or spaghetti cooked according to package instructions
