Ingredients
  

  • 8 Oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tsp grated ginger
  • 1 Cup sliced vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, heat another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
